Modellierung interaktiver multimedialer Präsentationen

Abstract:

In diesem Artikel werden zunächst interaktive multimediale Präsentationsanwendungen charakterisiert, ihr Entwicklungsprozeß analysiert und daraus Anforderungen an Werkzeuge zu ihrer Entwicklung (Autorenwerkzeuge) abgeleitet. Diese Untersuchungen flossen in den Entwurf des IMRA-Modells ein, das anschließend vorgestellt wird. Es besteht aus einem abstrakten Formalismus sowie einer darauf aufbauenden graphischen Notation zur Beschreibung und Modellierung interaktiver multimedialer Präsentationsanwendungen. Das IMRA-Modell bildet die konzeptionelle Grundlage des Autorenwerkzeugs FMAD, dessen charakteristische Merkmale zum Abschluß herausgestellt werden.

The first part of this paper characterizes interactive multimedia presentations. Based on that characterization requirements for development tools (authoring systems) are derived. The design of the IMRA-model, which is described afterwards, had been influenced by that investigation. The IMRA-model consists of an abstract formalism and a graphical notation for the specification and modelling of interactive multimedia presentations. The IMRA-model serves as the conceptional basis for the authoring system FMAD. Special characteristics of FMAD are summarized at the end of the paper.
